Common questions
Why is DetailRoam not in the App Store?
DetailRoam installs straight from the browser, the same way apps from Starbucks and Uber do. You get the newest version the moment we ship it, with nothing to update by hand. An App Store listing may come later; the app you install today is the same one either way.
Is the installed app different from the website?
Same account, same data, more comfortable: it opens full screen from its own icon, with no browser bars in the way.
Does it need a connection?
Yes, same as the website. Your schedule, customers and payments are always live, so nothing gets out of sync between your phone and your computer.
